So let’s not even think of what is happening in our life at the moment. Remember not to think of what you don’t want but only what you do want. I like to go into my Vortex or happy place and imagine how I really want my life to be like. That is one way or just simply use statements or affirmations to tell that different story. Another way of using this is to imagine you have what you are asking for already and just feel the exciting emotions that go along with it. So this is about emotion, not the actual act. Try to make the story excite you and make you feel better than you felt before.
Story’s are fun to tell especially if it’s about yourself. Most people love talking about themselves anyway.
- I love knowing that money is always flowing to me.
- I love knowing that my family is caring and always thinking about my best interest.
- I love knowing that my health is amazing and always getting better.
- I am able to bring into my reality anything I desire.
- I am always happy and healthy.
Try writing these out and even making them longer to reflect how you want to feel. These can be more detailed if you choose or as general as you want. This is your life story and it’s about you being happy and getting what you desire.
Sometimes it’s hard to have good feeling thoughts when there is stuff going on around you. But the Law of Attraction won’t wait until everything is better. It keeps coming as you keep learning through contrast what you want and don’t want.
Try feeling like the story is real. If you are trying to attract more money then love money. Love how it feels, see yourself spending money and appreciate the act of spending. Not feeling the lack of or jealousy of it. Tell the story of more and feel it like you have more.
Any situation or story can be told, and calibrate the feeling like it is already a reality then watch it become real.
