Don’t Forget To Meditate
Meditating is still a very effective way to calm your thoughts. When your mind is busy with thoughts of negativity, or that negativity has manifested into your physical reality, then stop as soon as possible and meditate. That negative vibration will stop in its tracks because your thoughts are stopping the vibration.
Appreciating and being grateful is more powerful at the moment than meditating if you are considering the same scenario. But it can be more difficult to appreciate some aspects of a contrasting situation and you don’t always think to stop and look at what is to appreciate or to be grateful for at that moment as well as meditating at that specific time is not going to happen.
That is why continuing with your day by being grateful for any other delicious moment you can see, hear, taste, feel, or smell can lead you to a rise in your vibration.
A contrasting situation is temporary, and you should view it as a learning point in time. What is it teaching you? Abraham always talked about viewing it as you are viewing a movie, not as an actor participating in the show.
I have done this many times and caught myself trying not to laugh out loud. It changed my perspective of the situation that this will all be over soon if I watch and listen. Try not to be part of the negativity, but let it run its course.
Don’t exclude meditating in your daily routine. This can help with being able to stay calm and join in a contrasting situation using negative comments or words. Of course, the best thing to do is leave but that is not always possible.
Practice Makes Perfect
So, practice being grateful and appreciating the small things in life. That will progress to eventually learning how to appreciate those contrasting learning curves. They eventually may become few and far between. Wouldn’t it be nice to only have the nice, fun, exciting, and relaxing events and situations come before us?
Trust the universe, your source, and whomever else you wish that has the divine power to help you deliver your manifestations.
Believe that everything always works out for you!
